Arbys - Poor Restaurant Service Review from Brookeville, Maryland
Friday. Walked into Arby's and waited 5 minutes when no one else was even in the restaurant, to get waited on! 4 employees looked right at us and walked away. We left. Saturday. We tried again. This time we got service probably because there were 6 employees and no one else in the place. It was way over priced for the amount of food. One sub had to be taken back because the meat inside was cold. The restaurant was an absolute sty! 6 employees not one floor, piece of furniture, or fountain was clean. It was an absolute disgrace! I hope they lose their franchise! Absolutely. Disgusting.

Arbys on 108th and National Ave. In West All is,WI is poorly managed! Was in drive thru and manager asked coworker what kind of soda the car behind me had and she said a,"Pepsi, but make it a medium mountain dew." And the manager didn't say anything! Then, I got my order and there were no fries with my meal!! No fries! How could u miss that? Did I want to go back to get my fries? No way, who knows what would've been given to me? Not going back there again.
The food is mediocre at best. But the commercials you guys make ate completely annoying. Believe me wish you would stop put *** thing in your commercials it insults my and every Americans intelligence. And make healthier food

I just went to the arbys in statesville nc, on 3209 taylorsville hwy. And I order a turkey and cheese kids meal. And my slice of cheese was ripped in half. And it really pissed.me off. Omygosh. Forreal dang.
I stopped at my local Arbys 8089 Rivers ave. I think that is the street address. I take my ten year old son to school in the morning and as long as he stays on A honor roll this is like a reward to him. He usually likes to go to Chick Fil A for chicken minis. Sometimes...

I have been to Arby's twice this week and was unable to purchase a Creme Brûlée shake. They claim their shake machine is broken. This is unacceptable.
Arbys - Sandwich Review from Youngsville, Louisiana
I went to the Arby's in Meridian, MS with 3 separate orders from our clinic. The lady taking my order was very rude and seemed to be put off because i had 3 different orders. She never spoke unless she was telling me how much the order was and even then she mumbled so i literally looked at the register for the total! I personally ordered a Triple Stack with roast beef, turkey & bacon just the sandwich and i get back to the clinic with a practically a "single stack" because there was turkey but no roast beef and only a small piece of bacon. Now if ur going to pay $7 for a sandwich it should atleast be what you ordered! I'm not usually one to complain but this was a ridiculous experience!!!

My husband went into the store in Rutherford last week for dinner for us. My husband handed the cashier an Arby's gift card. The cashier had no idea what to do with it. Nobody there knew what to do with it. So we had to pay in cash. I am annoyed that I could not use the card or the fact that nobody had a clue about what to do. I am a regular customer at the Rutherford location. I'd like to get a call back or email in reference to this letter.
