GREEK GYRO
- Quality of the greek gyro
Pictures are deceiving
On the menu, they show a buffalo chicken sandwich clearly with chicken hanging out PAST the bun. What I got what looked like two buns and then lifted the top and a piece of chicken the size of a McDonald’s meat patty , thin and small.
For $7 I expect to get what was advertised and clearly shown as a representation of their product.
I felt like it was bait and switch. Never eating Arby’s again.

My experience at this store was awful. The people are rude...
and I think they might be racist too.
They had given me the wrong change (less $20). I tried to tell them about it, but they accused me of lying and proceed to call the cops. I bet they figure they'll rather have me shot! I wanted no confrontations.
I left the food and change and walked away pissed. Never having Arbys ever in my life again. Not even at the point of death! I don't think customer service cared either.
Thanks Arbys, for the first time in my life, I felt less than a human.
But I think that's exactly what you wanted. I have the impression that If i was white things may have gone differently than they did. Your employee made a mistake and yet accused me of stealing, you escalated the situation instead of admitting the error and finding possible, and reasonable solutions. You not only harrassed me, but left me open for other customers to do the same, I can still hear the one white guy (customer) standing over me and asking me to get out of the store.
Thanks Arby's!. You have my dignity and my $100 bill.

Why would a customer cheat u out of 1 jalapeño bites
I go to this Arby’s at least 10-15 times a month . Stopped in for my usual order thru drive thru 1 lg order jalapeño bites , and get home I have 7 bites with 1 looking like a peice of crust .
At this point I am very up set this has happened 2 other time and I just forgave it . So I take them back and ask for a full order and fresh one and show the young black girl what I rec’d And ask for the mgr . She called out terry or Tera I assumed the mgr . This mgr never did show up but the young girl got me a fresh order & had the nerve to count them 2 times -like I really want to cheat u guys out of 1 JALAPENO BITE - REALLY I LAUGHED .
So at $5.28 a order that’s the way u treat a returning customer . I will take my $ somewhere else .
Customer service does no longer exist! Den!

Store #371 at Love's truck stop in SC ordered 2 bacon,beef & cheddar sandwiches. Received NO bacon on either sandwich.
So basically I received 2 beef & cheddar but paid for bacon I did not receive .
Have had other not nice experiences at other locations so I have decided to not eat at Arby's anymore. Flat out ripping customers off is so wrong.
Roach
While I was at Arby's there was a roach on the refrigerator that was close to the front register. When I noticed it and spoke to the manager about it she got offended so I asked for refund.
I was grossed out in mortified at the fact that they walked around like it was apart of the crew.
They thought it was so funny i asked for a refund. They had to have a meeting in the drive thru like she was giving me everything free.
It was pure sadness
They have yet to contact me and resolve the issue ! Will not returned there until they do so! So if they want me back and not spreading truth about them burning my Fry's on purpose probably be wise to give me the amount back plus some free meals or a free meal card for I don't know a year maybe

same experience for,me...ads show a completely different product than the paltry fish sandwich I was served...and it wasn't the 1st time, but it was the last. They should be sued for false advertising.
I learned my lesson to never trust them again, and I thought it might be just the restaurant here in Florida, but I see this is be replicated across the USA.
They can't stay in business doing that to consumers. They should be ashamed for such deception.
Maybe you should try contacting the president of Arby's and telling him about the problem. Maybe he would even be willing to send you a refund or a coupon good for a free meal.
