Im in Dows Iowa at DOWS JUNCTION, I came in and ordered my meal. Went and sat down to find out the bench was covered in sticky stuff.This restaurant is filthy, dirty, and disgusting at best.
I went to the manager and told him what happened and he said dont be mad at me. Needless to say my $50 pants are ruined. I need to have them dry clean. I paid $25 for a meal and now my pants are ruined, and all the manager had to say was dont be mad at me.
Theres four people literally behind the counter and your dining room is filthy, filthy, dirty I have pictures to follow. The guy behind the counter that serve my food had his hair hanging down straight in front of his face like 6 inches long. There was absolutely nobody in the restaurant. Theres no reason why this restaurant should be in the in the shape that its in its disgusting at best..

Ive been coming through here for eight years and Ive never seen the mess that I seen in that restaurant tonight not to mention now my $50 pair of pants are ruined and all the manager could say is, dont be mad at me! REALLY???

I had a coupon for a donation and the lady didnt know how to take off the coupon from my order so instead of calling somebody over, I pay for my food and then look at the receipt and she hadnt even taken off for the coupon so she knew she charged me for it, which was a terrible thing to do Then I guess the manager came over name was Bethany. I explain to her what happened she was so rude and arrogant told me that shes only been there two months. My mother and I go to Arbys almost every day or every other day and spend at least $1000 a month at your store I know almost everybody there along with my mother I then spoke to Nadia as dispatch and he said well you want to talk to the gm in a manager
I was very disrespected and I dont think I will return you have lost a good customer

I went to the Middletown de location and ordered a large fry and some sandwiches. My fry was half full I asked the lady for more fries her exact words to me were I know we didnt give these to you like that.
I got my order and first went to ketchup counter right in front of her and opened the bag. I do not appreciate being accused of fry stealing by a smart mouth employee whose manager was standing next to the employee and did nothing but stare.
As an assistant manager at a major food chain this service is despicable! From that ladies actions I will know boycott Arbys as well as tell my friends and put on my Facebook page as my friends know I dont complain like this.

Calling to complain to corporate
I came in our place to order my ticket number is dt374 the employee odalys I came and I asked for a classic meal at mail address I asked for crinkle fires and a strawberry lemonade I paid 1047 for it and when I drove off to look at my sandwich I had no lettuce I had no mail I had curly fries instead of crinkle so I went to try to call the facility back and every time I called five times they hung up so now I have to push for because now I feel like the disrespect is most high I was not rude to them so they should have gave me the same respect back my phone number is 386-693 **** my email address is Janniesermon407@***.com please contact me if possible to resolve this it will not let me upload the ticket resolution

Since when do long haul truck drivers wear overpriced dry-clean only pants?
Ever heard of a washing machine? Throw them in they won't be "ruined" anymore.
I doubt you want to a dry cleaning. You just want them to hand you $50.
Your pants are dirty, not ruined. Why wear $50 suit pants to go to a fast food restaurant.
You sound like you're looking for a handout.
Get real. Call corporate and describe the conditions of the place, or GO SOMEPLACE ELSE!
