I'm still waiting for Arby's to pay me for the time that I worked for their company I have the messages between me and a former GM who got fired after this whole incident. But she kept telling me to go get my money but I never got it and the new GM still has yet to do anything about it after he said that he would handle it. It's been over a year and I still have yet to get my money arbys is the worst place I ever worked for by far

Those has happened to me several times all with Arbys.

I ordered food for my company, and it was all completely messed up. Send an email to corporate never heard anything.

My boss sent me to get food for everybody at work by the time I got back, it was completely messed up. Nothing was right ordered over $50 worth a food. We couldn't even take the food back. Because it was not where close to our work ended up ordering pizza. Nobody would answer the phone. And when they did, they would just pick it up and hang up. Didn't even give me the correct receipt. Gave me a doordash receipt.

Arbys in Kittanning Pa , Ask for Diet pop , got regular , ask for 2 alike sandwichs , both completely different, no cheese sauce . Prices high for bad service ,. Went thru drive thru , very long line , very slow , and then wrong food .. Sandwich and fries cold , bad quality

I went to Arby's in Chubbuck Idaho. Store #7951. I went there for dinner take out on 10/13/23, ordered 2 French dips a chicken tenderloin meal and a chicken sandwich meal. My French dips were 2 gyros, and my chicken tenderloins were not done all the way. I went back, and they had Patty a shift supervisor very rude, started yelling at me because I wanted to add to the order which I planned on paying for, but she thought I was trying to get it for free. They did fix my order, but I just didn't appreciate the rude 'Karen' assuming I was trying to get free food and getting yelled at.

Arby's on Secor night shift. The 2 people that were there disrespected me and my fiancé by saying that we were white privileged.

And we were b***** and refuse to talk to us civilly. And when we called up there, they called us a liar. And they said that we never said that. We were going up to the first window.

When we said we were and continuously nagged on customers. And decided to be rude and disrespecthough when all we wanted to do was talk to them in a civil manner and figure out what was going on and continued on. I'm saying that we were dis respecting them when they were disrespecting us first. And kept ongoing on saying that we were white privileged people and said that we were disrespecting them.

And that we never showed up to the front window when we did. And we were trying to order on the app and try to figure out why we were giving a time for tomorrow. And they said that they do not work with the app. They don't know anything about the app and want nothing to do with the app.

So if you could please get your customer service. People under control to respect customers when we call and ask him about a problem. And for them not to disrespect us.

And when we said that we were going to come up there and talk. They said that they were gonna call the cops on us.

You should not be in line inside the store or in drive through until your app order is complete and you are given a time and total. The employees are not there to order through the app for you. Just stay away.

Tried to use app keep interring credit card and it kept saying to try later

App and manager manager said if app didnt work which I showed her that she could do nothing and would have to pay more..she said this was from corporate. I will never return to Arbys and went to Hardies instead.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The product they replaced it with was just as bad I don't know what happened to the roast beef but it's not the same thick and nasty used to be tender and tasty

Ordered 4 for 10 classics the meat was disgusting it looked like it been sitting there for days all shriveled up and thick and nasty never had a sandwich this bad in all my years of eating at Arby's wish I could show you the pictures

Receipt was written out in black permanent marker no address name of restaurant date etc The person who purchased the meal was a special needs client who needs to turn in all receipts the receipt supplied did not stand up to the expectations of the financial department I still have not gotten a proper receipt this is the second time I've called and no response they said that they would email
