Arbys - Order wrong and rude
Placed an order online when I got to the store and the inside was locked so I was forced to go thru the drive thru. I got to the window and they couldnt find mine or my co-worker preorder order we ordered 15mins ahead. I was pulled to the window they only found one order and I had to show them the other one online. They were both made wrong as I waited a good 15mins at the window for them and the worker was so rude about and never apologized. I never got a receipt and they also was out off sauce.

I was short a sandwich from Arbys on 46 in Terre Haute. Tried to call right away because theres no receipt And no answer after 13 rings.So I called the south store and explained that I couldnt reach anybody at the store and that I just want them to be able to verify that I did try to call them immediately, and reach to no one he told me to call that store I told him I tried He said I have to call them. I said I calld them no answerand he start yelling. I told him to keep his voice down and he told me he wasnt arguing. I asked for the manager. Was hung up on

Billing problem

Arbys - Billing problem
Over charging when paying by credit card. This store rounds UP, due to no pennies used anymore. This fine if it happens when you pay cash, but illegal when paying via credit card. Not sure if its only this store, rather than company policy.

Number number one is I can't get ahold of nobody to talk to you with customer service it just hangs up on me too I went in to get a glass of ice water and that's it the lady sent me to take my jacket off and set it down and decided she wanted to tell me that if I wasn't what was it buy Buying anything that I couldn't have water and I wasn't sitting in there I told her I just asked for waterNot to be homeless and not to ask for no ice water

The Arby’s app

I received an email from Arbys to be able to obtain a free dessert on the app for my birthday. I went into my local Arbys restaurant and attempted to use the app to get a regular size chocolate shake.

I ordered the shake on the Arbys app, and when it came time to check out, it asked me for my credit card when the shake was supposed to be free. I asked several people in the restaurant INCLUDING THE MANAGER and they referred me to contact Arbys corporate because they cant help me with the app.

I reached out to Arbys corporate phone number numerous times and was not able to get a live person on the phone. Being that I do customer service for a living , it would have been good customer service for them to provide me the shake for free but now weeks later, I still have not received my free shake on the app because it asks me for my credit card

The place is dirty & so are the people working there. They look like they rolled out of bed & went to work. The food was disgusting...definitely Not Fresh!! I'm not saying all Arby's are bad but definitely the Bridgeville location. The meals with cheese on the side was almost $45. For $45 I expect better!!

Bring back the ham sandwich

When Arbys removed their ham sandwiches from their menu, I was advised the reason was, because Arbys is a Beef Company, Not a ham company. I recently noticed they are now carrying a fish sandwich?
