Your TV commercials with actor James Earl Jones don't make sense or resonate with anyone I've spoken with. The actor's dramatic, irate and raised voice 'yelling at the audience' is driving customers away by the truckload.

Then the wierd emphasis, again with the raised irate voice, claiming in his New Yorkese, "Ahby's: we got de meat." NO ONE speaks like that and customers in the Atlanta area are avoiding your restaurant in droves.

Whomever presented this script to James Earl Jones, coaching him to 'Sound more New York-ese' and 'Sound more intimidating,' then 'sound angry' hopefully is in the employment line. One of the most annoying commercials EVER!

That voice Belongs to a porch monkey that lives in bountiful utah

The voice is not James Earl Jones. It is Ving Rhames. Hate their commercials, also..

It's true, we no longer choose Arby's because of these annoying, hyper-aggressive commercials. Not sure what audience these commercials are trying to reach but you've definitely driven a lot of people away.
