Complaint is for drive through-service, which is supposed to be fast service. If for any reason a drive-through order is going to be delayed, they should ask that driver to pull through and park so they can bring tge order out to their parked car.
Instead, Arbys just lets that car wait in drive through and back up the whole line. I hate running my gas for 8 minutes, all the while thinking the line will move any second now.
