I placed my order at 7:08 at the drive thru in Ocala, Fl at store #8298, order #338 on May 3, 2019. There were probably 5 or 6 cars in front of me.

I finally got my food at 7:35. I was at the window about 4 min since they did not prepare the french dip I ordered. Finally, they told me to pull forward and wait. One car behind me pulled out and left.

The lady at the window, Marlina, according to the receipt, told me she was sorry, but they were training new people. I told her that was not my problem since I had been waiting so long, and I was a bit angry. When I got home to eat the meal, my chicken ranch was not completely done. My spiral fries were overdone.

My husband’s dip was really bad.

Looked like oil had been poured in it. Needless to say, we will not be going back to Arby's.
