To order the
Grand Turkey club that we order every week for my wife,
The person taking the order stated we do not have that.
Now we have ordered this every week at this location
So I said if you don't know how to enter it please ask your manager, flat refused to do that and said if I want to talk go the manager I could come to the window. I did so the person how
Presented them self as the manager was wearing as arbys
Tag with out name on it . when I ask about the grand turkey club she stated we have never had the grand turkey club
Now this location has been where I buy it every week.
I ask for the persons name and they refused to give it.
This has prompted me stop using arbys as a source
I know my 12 - 14 hundred a year in purchases a year
Don't mean much to Corp. But if they are doing this to me
They are doing it to others.
User's recommendation: Complain to Corp.
Preferred solution: Training in customer service and or termination of persons who refuse To change their work persona..
Arbys Pros: Good roast beef, Good fries.
Arbys Cons: Poor customer service, Poor product knowledge.
