Had a buffalo chicken sandwich today and when I bit into it the texture was like a piece of gristle. When I examined it it was composed of what looked like layers of meat compressed together like a piece of plywood. Wendy's sandwiches also have this consistency. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING TEXTURE...WHAT THE *** ARE THEY SELLING US!!!!! Is this the same process as the pink slime that McDonalds was feeding us? This was the large sandwich and it was ok except for the chicken. I guess anything for a slightly higher profit margin. I think one company tests out a money saving quality cutting scheme and others emulate it unless consumers complain.
