Two of the night lady that has a stocking Cap that is green and my other lady that does the lobby that take the order was also being rude me and my husband sometimes would have money but we are staying outside in the snow storm we haven't eaten anything from Arby's here in council bluffs Iowa off of South 24th Street is always been rude to everyone and they don't care about the homeless people that don't have a cash or money or anything sleeping in the snow storm they need to be talked to and the one lady just said some mine thing to me tonight Sining that I need to go get a job because she buses her *** there and told me that I need to go get a job I have a loarding disability and if she doesn't get wrote up then you guys just lost a customer and I will never step foot in the United States place until this is all situated and whenever me and my husband does have money they make everybody wait and wait until they come to the registers they also don't wear gloves when they're making people's food that is disgusting

I am writing to express my disappointment in the recent interaction we had during our phone conversation. I believe that professional courtesy and respect are essential in all communications, especially during the hiring process.
During our conversation, I felt that I was treated disrespectfully, including being hung up on multiple times and overhearing a conversation about me while on hold.
This behavior was unprofessional and did not reflect the standard of professionalism I would expect from a potential employer.
Regardless of the outcome of my application, I believe that every candidate deserves to be treated with respect and dignity. I hope that this feedback will be taken into consideration to ensure that future candidates do not have a similar experience.

Like many large corporations (Arby's is owned by a holding co.) The company has no customer support phone other than a over seas answering service that struggles with the English language. The poor staff at my local were trying the best with a severely limited staff.
Customers were very patient staff was polite and apologized for problems. We are all tired of the short staff excuses. I spent my life in corporate America, where were area managers to step in and assist? My guess is no one bothered to thank the excellent staff who did show up for work.
The fact that the Corp. Holding company elects to go the offshore customer service speaks volumes.thank

I ordered through the drive through and when I got home. My order was all cold and it was wrong.
So when I called the store location? I told them what was wrong with my order? I ordered crinkle fries. They gave me old cold curly fries.
I ordered French dip with extra cheese. They gave me hard bread with cold meat. And the cheese was not even melted the macaroni cheese bites. I was only given three cheese balls that was it.
The only thing that was hot in that order was the dipping AuJu sauce for the french dip I asked to speak with the manager. And when she said she was the manager, I replied you are and she hung up on me. She said she was going to take my name. So that next time I go through, they can correct it.
But she hung up on me. I tried calling back. She wouldn't answer then. They started putting the phone on busy.
So I was not able to leave my name or even talk with her. Her name is Sarah.. This is the third time that this has happened with food either being cold or the wrong product. I told her they needed to pay more attention to what's going out the window..
I will not be going back to that store again.
I've tried to give them a chance, but Sarah. The manager does not take things seriously instead she would rather throw Tantrum and hang up then deal with the issue and correct it.
