I ordered online and used the free sandwich deal that ends today and added a regular frie and when got to restaurant all the employees were not paying attention to anything but each other and stood at counter saying hello for at least 5 minutes til I was acknowledged and when my order was given all it had was the fries no sandwich and asked the lady at counter how do I cancel and complain and she said she had no ideA at all tried to speak to manager and she was more concerned about counting money fir deposit or drawer or whatever and wouldn't even help me, I didn't get any of the food and am very disappointed and want a refund and would like to know why the app says the order was completed when it wasn't at allfire or retrain employees and make app more transparent

Im in Dows Iowa at DOWS JUNCTION, I came in and ordered my meal. Went and sat down to find out the bench was covered in sticky stuff.This restaurant is filthy, dirty, and disgusting at best.

I went to the manager and told him what happened and he said dont be mad at me. Needless to say my $50 pants are ruined. I need to have them dry clean. I paid $25 for a meal and now my pants are ruined, and all the manager had to say was dont be mad at me.

Theres four people literally behind the counter and your dining room is filthy, filthy, dirty I have pictures to follow. The guy behind the counter that serve my food had his hair hanging down straight in front of his face like 6 inches long. There was absolutely nobody in the restaurant. Theres no reason why this restaurant should be in the in the shape that its in its disgusting at best..

Ive been coming through here for eight years and Ive never seen the mess that I seen in that restaurant tonight not to mention now my $50 pair of pants are ruined and all the manager could say is, dont be mad at me! REALLY???

So I went to Arby's and I ordered a sandwich and a small fry. The small fry was $2.49. This is what I got. At this point I haven't taken 1 French fry. After I counted them. I got 9 French fries for $2.49. I am rather bold so I asked one of the young employees if this is what I'm supposed to get. His reaction? "We're not supposed to fill them up all the way." Sometimes new employees haven't been told (yet) not to be honest.

I drove up to drive through At the 1601 morrisey Bloomington il 61704 location. I pulled into the drive through at 9:45pm. The store hours say on they are open until 10pm on google and On the front door say they are open until 10pm. So I drove across town making it there before close and was not able to order. People were inside not responding to me saying hello on the intercom. Im very disappointed. If the hours are 9:45 then please update the Internet. If it supposed to be open until 10 then whoever was working needs a write up or talked to about closing early.

I ordered food for my company, and it was all completely messed up. Send an email to corporate never heard anything.

My boss sent me to get food for everybody at work by the time I got back, it was completely messed up. Nothing was right ordered over $50 worth a food. We couldn't even take the food back. Because it was not where close to our work ended up ordering pizza. Nobody would answer the phone. And when they did, they would just pick it up and hang up. Didn't even give me the correct receipt. Gave me a doordash receipt.

I went through the drive-through got a beef sandwich as per horseradish sauce went to the window to pick up the food got the food. It was Arbys sauce, so I went back through and I said could I please get Horsey sauce again she handed me Arby sauce I didnt even look to think that she would do it wrong again no Im sorry or anything get back out to the car look at the sauce its Arbys sauce again so I went back in and had to go around the guy Cleaning the persons car Im assuming it was a customer cause there was no other people in the restaurant, Im not a customer of staff member because there were no other people in the restaurant eating again. She never said she was sorry just gave me a disgusted look.

Placed order through app at 9:48 pm. Web site said they closed at midnight when in fact they close at 10. Paid $24+ on cc. Assist mgr called me to advise he was closing in 10 mins and had no roast beef to sell. Told me to call store next day to have them make sandwiches. The day shift mgr said Id have to go through app to get refund. App is no help. Grrrrr

Went to Arbys Wednesday Nov8th They charged my card twice and then said my card declined. I paid cash thinking there was a problem with my card. Nope they charged it twice and the third time running my card. The card declined which is what it is supposed to do for fraud activity. Still waiting for my refund. District manager said it would come back in 24 hours. It has been 8 days

I would never trust Arby’s food again and I am so grossed out I can’t imagine to go to any Arby’s again it would remind me of what happened.

To whom this may concern, I am about to file a legal claim against Arbys due to a complete Raw chicken sandwich that had gotten me Ill and had to go to urgent care the day after due to vomiting and bad stomach cramps. I had been contacted from Broad Spire firm who is requesting Tax returns from the last two to three years which is my privacy not even a Judge would ask for unless it be a IRS problem and also contact information of all my physicians which has nothing to do with me getting Ill from a raw chicken sandwich that I had to go in to Urgent care for.

I had informed the Lady who contacted me from Broadspire that this is way out of hand of the requests and have sent proof of purchase from Restaurant, proof of sales of my product to show my income of sales and my loss of sale that day due to this incident from Arbys , proof of me being a legal Business owner, proof of Urgent care visit , pictures of the sandwich. If this can not be resolved soon without giving up my legal right to my privacy to dig in to things that has nothing to do me getting a Raw chicken sandwich and gotten Ill , I will proceed with going to Court and not only will I be compensated from loss of sale and my suffering but also Legal and Court cost. This choice is up to you to either fairly settle because the claim is clear and with proof including a statement of the customer who left due to me vomiting and lost $2500 or to go further with this.

I also will inform the Arbys Cooperation what kind of legal firm they hired that will cost them more then it had to be so they can consider clearly a better option of legal services. Thank you for taking your time to read this.
