I go to the Arby's next to the truck stop both doors are locked they won't let me in I have to physically walk through the drive-thru with multiple cars this is embarrassing I might add and then they act like I'm bothering them in the Drive-Thru because I'm walking yet the doors to the dining room are not open to order food horrible experience managers and also employees are very impatient and rude open up your dining room this is horrible semi drivers cannot drive through your drive-thru horrible experience

TLk to someone

For over 8 weeks now I've been waiting for a "make it right" coupon. I was told it was sent out on July 29th and again on August 25th and received neither. I don't think they were ever sent. They have the right address.

Service

It makes no sense why you can't go inside to eat your food. You cannot tell me you don't have one person who can work the counter for customers. Drive thru is ridiculous. I hope people choose another option other than Arby's

Why are some sandwiches not available?

The Crossville Tn. Arby's never has the sandwiches advertised on TV and many sandwiches listed on the Arby's website have been dropped from this store. We've left many times and went to another fast food restaurant that sells what they advertise.

Food issue cold, not freshly made

The food was not freshly made. They were not busy at all. In fact we were the only ones there. The fries were not hot at all and the meat in the classic roast beef was actually cold! This is not the norm we usually exprience. I called to inform them that there was A LOT of flour stuck to the bottom bun. I expect there to be some like usual. But there was so much that it literally fell off of the bun all over in my car and lap! I had a very good talk with the lady from headquarters. Very pleased with her. Thank you

Don’t like getting charged for food I didn’t buy

Fraudulent charges

Arby's fraudently charged me on my card got hung up on they admitted that it was a known software glitch they have been aware of for a while and now I can't work because they are doing nothing about it and the money they took out was gas money for work

The people who work here where I live are rude and ignorant I have never been treated so badly by some one ever in my life I asked for a large lemonade with my meal and the guy in drive thru gave me Coke and I said I ordered lemonade and he said well you can't get a large lemonade only a medium and he said it would cost extra for lemonade I thought when you buy a meal you could have any drinks you wanted

I have a complaint about one of your stores.

I have been to this Arbys store on Central Park Ave., Yonkers, NY twice. Four times did not have the product that you guys so greatly heavily advertise on TV. First time went by the hush puppy fish didnt have it at all and didnt know when they were going to get it down again. Went today to get the prime rib steak sandwich again with you heavily advertise they have the meat but not the proper Roth work. I think this is a management problem and you should look into it as cant seem to order the correct product are the right amount. Very poor management in my opinion.

So I parked at a truck stop walk over to the Arby's restaurant directly next door and the doors are all locked the lady inside just throws up her hands and acts all irritated that I'm knocking on the door that is locked and points so I walk to the drive-thru and of course they claim they don't have enough employees to open up the restaurant which I'm sorry takes just as many people and then my food is horrible and they don't want to return it because I ate half of it well what do you expect I'm hungry I worked all day just a horrible experience in Seville Ohio

The Arby's in Cudahy WISCONSIN is disgusting.The outside looks like a ghetto..Garbage all over,with grass not cut.So we order at drive thru.Pull up to the window.And it was GROSS..All grease and dirty pans next to it.It was filthy,With all spider webs around the window...

Horrible experience

Moldy Bread.. No apologies, No offerers, No good customer service Nothing!! Management was very poor very unethical and not professional not nice it was not like the lobby was full of customers they were only the four of us in the lobby and it took at least 15 to 20 minutes to get your order disgusting very poor service I will not be returning!

I have a complaint

There was no roast beef. Terrible management. Went over order 3 times and guy still screwed up my order. Fries and chicken were both burned and old. Please get new management now.

Bad service

No one answered drive through and no one at window on Saturday, August 27th, 3:00pm , this is not the first time that no one answered the the drive through for up to 5mins . I think someone needs to check out 6200 Wilgrove rd and Lawyers rd, Mint Hill NC 28227

Okay no drive at drive through drive service no one at window at 6200 Wilgrove rd and Lawyers rd Mint Hill NC 28227 this has happened several times , like wait wait for more than 5 minutes or no response ! Love your products but horrible service Sad" style="font-size: 16px; margin-right: 5px; margin-left: 5px;
