Im in Dows Iowa at DOWS JUNCTION, I came in and ordered my meal. Went and sat down to find out the bench was covered in sticky stuff.This restaurant is filthy, dirty, and disgusting at best.
I went to the manager and told him what happened and he said dont be mad at me. Needless to say my $50 pants are ruined. I need to have them dry clean. I paid $25 for a meal and now my pants are ruined, and all the manager had to say was dont be mad at me.
Theres four people literally behind the counter and your dining room is filthy, filthy, dirty I have pictures to follow. The guy behind the counter that serve my food had his hair hanging down straight in front of his face like 6 inches long. There was absolutely nobody in the restaurant. Theres no reason why this restaurant should be in the in the shape that its in its disgusting at best..

Ive been coming through here for eight years and Ive never seen the mess that I seen in that restaurant tonight not to mention now my $50 pair of pants are ruined and all the manager could say is, dont be mad at me! REALLY???

I went through the drive-through got a beef sandwich as per horseradish sauce went to the window to pick up the food got the food. It was Arbys sauce, so I went back through and I said could I please get Horsey sauce again she handed me Arby sauce I didnt even look to think that she would do it wrong again no Im sorry or anything get back out to the car look at the sauce its Arbys sauce again so I went back in and had to go around the guy Cleaning the persons car Im assuming it was a customer cause there was no other people in the restaurant, Im not a customer of staff member because there were no other people in the restaurant eating again. She never said she was sorry just gave me a disgusted look.

I would never trust Arby’s food again and I am so grossed out I can’t imagine to go to any Arby’s again it would remind me of what happened.
I had informed the Lady who contacted me from Broadspire that this is way out of hand of the requests and have sent proof of purchase from Restaurant, proof of sales of my product to show my income of sales and my loss of sale that day due to this incident from Arbys , proof of me being a legal Business owner, proof of Urgent care visit , pictures of the sandwich. If this can not be resolved soon without giving up my legal right to my privacy to dig in to things that has nothing to do me getting a Raw chicken sandwich and gotten Ill , I will proceed with going to Court and not only will I be compensated from loss of sale and my suffering but also Legal and Court cost. This choice is up to you to either fairly settle because the claim is clear and with proof including a statement of the customer who left due to me vomiting and lost $2500 or to go further with this.
I also will inform the Arbys Cooperation what kind of legal firm they hired that will cost them more then it had to be so they can consider clearly a better option of legal services. Thank you for taking your time to read this.

Friday, March 15, 2024, we went to Arbys in Dixon Illinois and order 2 Fish deluxe sandwiches. One was very good and filled the entire bun.
The second one didnt even fill half of the bun. It was half of the size of the other fish. We also ordered a small fry. Our bill was almost $19.
For that kind of money for two sandwiches we shouldve gotten a full fillet of fish on our sandwich. This was quite a rip off. If I just wanted a bun I wouldve went to the grocery store and bought a pack of Hawaiian sweet rolls. And then threw a couple fish sticks on it.
And it wouldve been a lot less than $19.
I cant believe this restaurant served that fish fillet sandwich. And I will never go back to the Dixon Arbys in Illinois again.

Since when do long haul truck drivers wear overpriced dry-clean only pants?
Ever heard of a washing machine? Throw them in they won't be "ruined" anymore.
I doubt you want to a dry cleaning. You just want them to hand you $50.
Your pants are dirty, not ruined. Why wear $50 suit pants to go to a fast food restaurant.
You sound like you're looking for a handout.
Get real. Call corporate and describe the conditions of the place, or GO SOMEPLACE ELSE!
