WHY HAVE YOU CLOSED ALL OF THE CHICAGO ARBY'S??? WHY DO I HAVE TO DRIVE 1-1/2 HOURS NOW TO THE CLOSEST ONE!!!
ARE YOU GOING TO SELL THEM AT JEWEL OR DOMINICKS? PLEASE TELL ME YOU ARE!! I am just so disappointed in this corporate decision. I have had an Arby's close by my entire life.Every weekend, the cars for the drive-thru were backed up to the street!
Now I am 70 years old and am being made to drive so far!! Forget that!! Your food is not in my future anymore: A) not driving anymore.
B) to far to go. C) WILL NEVER BUY YOUR FOOD NOW & will tell all my friends to STOP BUYING!!

No strawberries in the strawberry lemonade
Bought a large strawberry lemonade & medium Dr Pepper, when the kid handed me my drink's I said there's no strawberries puree in the lemonade, he said no your thinking of the pulp, I said no I've purchased quite a few and they've always had strawberry pulp, then told him I order a medium Dr pepper. Just wanted to argue with me, I just left the drive thru.
Very disappointed .
The chicken sandwich was from my visit before the lemonade incident.
Really bummed because we love Arby's

DoWent to Arbys on 3-29-25 To get some dinner because my husband is in the hospital across the street. Thats the Doctors Hospital in Sarasota, Florida.
HCA. It was 6:30 PM so I ordered a fish sandwich which I really like and ask the young lady if she could fry it fresh cause I didnt like them after they had been cooked and were under the heat lamp. She said yes, but it would take about 15 minutes so I paid for my dinner and one minute later a tray came out with my fish sandwich on it and I thought that possibly cant be that fast so I touched the sandwich and it was cold and I said this is cold. Can you make me a hot one please
Instantly a man came around the corner and started talking very rudely and yelling at me that that was a hot sandwich.
He said I just got it out of the fryer and I said well touch it. Its cold. He continue to verbally abuse me by yelling and not letting me say anything. He went on and on about how hes been cooking for 20 years and was I trying to tell him how to cook I said no but its cold so he just kept yelling and yelling.
I said well I would like my money back. So he said well wheres your receipt? Im not giving you your money back unless you have a receipt and I said OK just a moment I had put it in my wallet so I was trying to get it out of my wallet. He continued yelling so I found it, and I handed it to him And he continued yelling so then he asked for my credit card.
I gave it to him, and I thought he was giving me a credit on my card which I havent seen yet. Then he pushed the sandwich towards me and said here you might as well eat it for free, there are children starving all over the world.
Then he yelled have a good day I said yeah you too, and I walked out and I was so upset that a manager would treat a customer that way. After I thought about it, Im sure hes done this before and I will never go back to that store again.

I Love Arby's Food and that was Not My Issue, the Issue is Me not being able to get into the App, and Still can't. When I log in it states can't find My Email, or Account.
So I can't take advantage of Deals. I have Tried to start another Account, but Can't because I already have an Account attached to My one and Only EMAIL.
I Love the Food at Arby Especially the Ruben Sandwich and the Gyro.as Well as the Roast Beef Sandwiches, but I don't Go because I can't use the App and Take Advantage of the Deals.

Ordered the same sandwich at the airport in Baltimore, and they made it right. The one I ordered from Benton Harbor was not the same thing.

LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE
Went for late lunch. Only 1 other customer in restaurant.
Ordered 2 fish sandwiches & med melt meal. Got food & went to get some 3 pepper sauce. Noticed they were out. Informed person who took my order & she said she'd need to fix bag that was put on incorrectly.
She took it to back of restaurant & I waited & waited & waited. Finally after about 5 minute I walked up to counter to see if they had the pepper sauce in packages.since my fries were getting cold. Lady in kitchen (only person visible) was hunched over sandwich prepare area playing on her cell phone. She looked up annoyed that I interrupted her.
Asked her if I could have packages of 3 pepper sauce & she rudely snapped at me saying they don't come in packages. Made me feel like a burden. After another brief wait they came out with bag & put it into the holder. FINALLY sauce!
Grabbed some went to eat & fries are now COLD!! Took them and asked if I could have fresh ones since cold from the wait. She looked at me & turned & looked at coworker and repeated what I said. They looked at each other surprised with my request.
One of them said "we'll bring them out to you" which she did after a couple minutes & stands by the table & just lowered them a bit & DROPPED them the rest of way. A few fries went flying out the box onto the tray!!! UNBELIEVABLE that you have such employees. Do they actually get paid more when rudeness is what they're serving?
Guess since I'm not @ Burger King I don't get it my way!!! No problem, I can fix that by going elsewhere next time.
FYI that's why Hardee's in this town closed-bad management!!! Army's # 6013 South Sioux City NE

Hi my name is Marla Donohue I'm currently writing this letter today I feel injustice has been wrong in this arbys in kinston north Carolina, with ass.manager behavior and her actions towards employments as well as customer. I have to writing report on her and I have instead that happening the other day tue 29 about 1:30 in the afternoon when the manager came in her shift, she was unhappy that a door dash was waiting she asked me about the chicken sandwich I told her it was still cooking we just had a rush throw drive Thur and we was taking care of her , then she started getting attitude with me , then one of the girls asked her for some change in her draw , she told her NO this isn't my shift and im not getting headed responsibility for money being short , money been way uncountable in that store ,no cam no nothing!
She was very nasty to the crew members now we don't do that very rude, then from there she counted the safe it was short, Monday morning I came over it was over 27 dollars and now it was short I don't understand, she claimed I missed counted but if that was the case Trina would have correct me on any default I make and so does she but worst and very disrespectful to me , after that I ended caughter her talking to a crew members around the corner about me which is so disrespectful!
How could we even have good flow if there always drama , I asked her if she had problems with me to leave crew members out of it and she turned around started getting nasty, yelling that I never listen I'm so dissespectful , I told her that was really low to do that with me around the corner u can be adult and talk and not jump on me when I asked you what the problem is , from there she stormed out called me a stupid *** and I could run the store , , , I went behind her trying to tell her don't call me names and be very disrespectful in front of the crew and customer and then she try to slam the lobby door in my face, which I blocked the door even though she pushed with all her might then she run out the door to call trina and she flipped me off but then I'm not going to lie I try very well to stay claim not say anything crazy but I did tell her that she was always on my case it started since I made team lead I was hoping she would leave me aline but no this woman been bullying me for a while, when she came back in she got in my face while I was sitting in the office I try to call Trina after she did that but she never responded to me at all she keep me in red until the next day she texted me never once she reached out to see if I needed anything or if everything was alright by that point I put in my two week notice cuz when she got there she was sending me home saying I had attitude which I really didnt everyone was busy trying to get the store back right, I have delt with time time after time and nothing is done about this woman Named brandy Carney I don't understand why so many people have to go that job and get treated so badly! Store manager Anntrina black treats people the same way always yelling at them throw drive throw and making them pick up other people messes and her and brandy if you ask any employees that has left in the past 4 months they will all tell u there something wrong with these managers and how they treat the customer, employee and even when money is missing they have employees as my self has payed money in this company something must be done, cuz too many things happen and there no cam to back anything.

Placed an online order to be picked up at 10:10-10:20 PM May 7, 2025. Arrived at the store at 10:08 PM and got no response at the drive-through.
Drove around to the window and still got no response for 10-15 minutes.
Got frustrated and left. I would like to be refunded for the food that I paid for and never received.
Preferred solution: Full refund
Receive cold fish sandwich. Called customer service and complained. Was to receive 3 sandwich certificates in the mail. Three weeks passed. Never received.
Called company advised never received coupons/certificates. Was told it would be reviewed by management.
I asked when will I hear back. Was told management will investigate and decide if they will reissue. Company should issue electronic coupons/certificates to customers email vs. mail system.
Who uses mail these days? Only those who don't plan to fulfill their obligation.

I can't use My App, when I try to use the App it states unable to recognize My Email, and I will not go to Arby's without Using the App, plus I got Text and Emails about deals but have to use the App with I currently unable to Do
Still didn't get to talk to anyone and still can't get into my app. I will not go to any restaurant that I can't use an app.

My wife and I had purchased (5) piece chicken fingers dinner, a strawberry milk shake, and a coke. We just about finished the meal when a finger nail was found it the strawberry milk shake.
I still have the receipt, the cup the shake was in with the nail at the bottom of it. We had file a complaint and have not heard back from anyone. I will post this on the internet and identifying the store.
The manager should be made aware there is a sick individual working there. I have also contacted an attorney.

Again, location is out of roast beef. I drove 40 minutes to get there. How can they be out of roast beef.

We pay with gift cards. The drive through employees apparently have no clue how to handle gift card payment.
The last time I went before today my order was the amount of the gift cards plus less than one dollar more. I regret that I handed the full payment as I received 24 cents back on a gift card.
Today we handed three $ 10 cards and the 24 cent card for a twenty two dollar order. The cashier handed the 24 cent card back to us. She had thrown the other three away even though one card still had 7.68 on it.
She handed one back when we told her the last card you ran would have still had a balance on it and said " It is probably this one." We asked for all the used card back so I could verify which one had a remaining balance.
Our food was cold. We had to ask for straws and sauce.
The store was fairly good but it has gone downhill this winter.
User's recommendation: If usinng gift cards, hand them one at a time. The people cashing you out have no common sense.
