I ordered a fish sandwich around 5:30 pm. No one was in the store but me.
I waited twenty minutes, still no fish sandwich. I went to the counter to inquire about my order. No one was at the counter. I waited to get the attention of customer service, who was now also helping another customer at the drive-through window.
I asked to speak to the manager (Adam). He came out with a bad, I-don't-care attitude. I asked him about my sandwich; he said it was already made. He stood there looking at me with an uncaring attitude and made no attempts to get it.
He was very non-responsive and slow. He sighed and looked bored. He didn't seem to care about being at work or about serving the customer. So, I asked for his name; he did not give it to me.
He had no name tag. Neither did the other two girls working the front and drive-through window. His attitude and lack of customer service made me decide to ask for a refund at 6:02:18 pm. I got his name before I left from the drive-through window girl and left thirty minutes later without any food.
I took a picture of the counter area to show there was no one at the counter or behind the food area, with only me in the store. I will not be returning to this store.

around 10:45 AM today, April 24th. Nobody greeted me; all I heard was, *** this, *** that,' coming from a middle-aged black woman by the drive-through. She was obviously complaining to another person in the restaurant about something. I couldn't see the other person; I'm assuming it was a manager.
Finally, the cook said to me, 'somebody will be with you in a minute?' I continued to wait and listen to the woman using profanity. I felt unwelcomed, and I felt embarrassed that this was going on in front of me! As a restaurant manager for over 30 years, this was way unacceptable in so many ways! I got tired of waiting and walked out.
This isn't the first time I've had problems in this store.
I am probably going to post on Facebook about my horrible experience. Very upset former customer!

DT329-DT. Employee Ivelisse. I ordered 1 Gyro Greek SD + Gyro Sauce. Total came to $12.50.
The service was fantastic and pleasant as it should be. The parking lot is atrocious. All the way from the road to the speaker to order were potholes that have been there for many years. This will be the last time I order from this store until the potholes are fixed.
Horrendous the way you present your store with all the other fast food places on this road. You should be ashamed of yourselves to offer food at such a store where we have to be very careful not to blow out a tire.
(Yes, it's that bad and corporate should make a surprise visit and see for themselves. Very disappointing, and I'm sure you will say the same if you show up at the store for an inspection.

She got mad when I asked her for Arby's sauce. It was very rude, and I'll never go back. It tastes like I got it off the floor or something. I don't know, the meat taste was ruined.
I love eating there, but this time was horrible, and we will not eat there anymore because of that. I feel very sick.

Rude, Dumb Employee At Arbys In Niagara Falls, New York Who Should Be Fired

Went to Arby's at 1001 Cedar Street in Niagara Falls, New York. The store was completely empty.
Three employees were chatting away as I waited. One finally comes up to the register slowly and does not even greet me or ask for my order. I tell her the order and she inputs it with no expression, as if now she has to do some work. I forgot to tell her I m a senior citizen and want the discount within seconds of placing the order.
She said she already put the order in and she won't do that. I then tell her to cancel the order. She seemed surprised that I immediately outsmarted her, although that was not my intention - I just wanted the food at the price to which I am entitled. She cancelled the order and then said she will not input the order again at the senior citizen price.
She was condescending, rude, and ridiculous because I simply walked out and went to another place for my meal. I hope the franchise owner or corporate office reads this and fires her (older light-skinned black lady with glasses). Now I know why the store was empty at a key meal time. I feel like I am doing other customers and the ownership a favor by posting this, because if it's happening to me it is probably happening to others who don't report it, just leave and don't come back.
In retrospect, I think she did not have the skill to cancel the order and input it again at the lower price which is an embarrassment to the corporation, or she is just that arrogant and foolish. Either way, it's a bad look for the company and she should be dismissed as a lesson to other employees not to pull the same stupid move. Arby's spends a lot of money advertising, promoting and pricing its products for customers to choose their restaurant over others for their meal. When customers come there, that is the company's return on investment.
When one of their own employees - who is paid by the corporation to take care of its customers to their satisfaction - denies a legitimate order, that employee should be dismissed, especially as a lesson to other employees. I might also file a complaint with the BBB and AARP to alert these organizations as to possible discrimination against a senior citizen.
I never want to see this lady's face again, or deal with her. The organization should get rid of her as soon as possible.

Hi! I need help. My daughter and I ordered from Arby's on December 26th, 2025, at 6:00 PM. My daughter is deaf. We ordered food, and the lady manager was very rude to my daughter, telling me that I should teach my daughter how to speak normally. I told her, 'Excuse me. My daughter is deaf.' She got our order wrong, so we left.
So on December 27th, 2025, at 7:30 PM, I ordered from Grubhub. Check AAEMEND39QAR. GH 561****. 2810 E Market St, York, PA 17402 (7**) **4-1459.
My daughter's food left Arby's at 7:41 PM. Our food never came until 8:25 PM. My daughter's boyfriend and I found our food was so cold when it was delivered, and the sandwich was wrapped all the way. The other sandwich had meat that didn't taste fresh or had cheddar on it. I'm very upset.
My total was $28.29, but when I checked my bank statement, it came to $37.59. I didn't get my apple turnover either.
I tried contacting Grubhub and Arby's, but they are refusing to give me my refund.
So, could I have my refund, please? I'm very upset. I used my debit card, and I will give you information on my bank card if you need it.
Please email me. I'm deaf. I have a receipt.

I have a fundraising card that I purchased from a local HS. Arby's, located at the above address, is one of many on the card.
The DM said they were not honoring the offer to anyone because it was never authorized. Of course, I was disgruntled and let him know, but I agreed to pay full price for the meals. He refused to serve me. He didn't like how I spoke to him, he said.
I'm 65, my husband 81. I can assure you we were respectful, but, in fact, Sage is the one that was extremely rude and acted like a little punk. What will you do? Never, in our lives, have we had this kind of disrespectful and rude service.
Today is April 18, 2026, and this transpired around 2 PM EST. I want to hear from someone.

The online app rejected my credit card, which worked both before and after. When I submitted a second card, it was accepted but wiped out my BOGO, which I failed to notice before submitting.
I ended up paying for both sandwiches. I have been unsuccessful in getting through to Arby's customer service. The response form always produces an error message, and three calls to their 888 # are never answered, nor do my voicemail messages receive a return call.
Long-time Arby's customer and online app user. I should say former customer.

Went by drive-thru, placed my order, and waited for 20 minutes for them to tell me that the cash register was malfunctioning and that I had to go inside. Once inside, I got my order; the food was cold, and I had to wait ten more minutes for hot fries.
Once the fries were cooked, they began taking other orders before mine and putting out their fries while I was still waiting.
I complained, and they were very unprofessional. It was over a 30-minute wait at the store in Belmont, North Carolina.

Myself, my boyfriend, and my granddaughter went to the Arby's in Jamestown, NY, on Fluvanna Ave, and I ordered a double #2 meal, and my granddaughter ordered a bacon cheeseburger. When I took the wrapper off my sandwich, there was so much hair I almost puked.
My granddaughter took two bites of her sandwich, and the hamburger was still pink. I went to the manager, who was *** and showed him my food, and he told me to throw it away. He made me a classic sandwich, which was not what I ordered. Then my granddaughter showed him her sandwich, and he said it was fully cooked, which it wasn't.
Then he said he could either have my granddaughter throw it away or he would put it back into the microwave. Nasty, I know. Then he gave her another sandwich, which was all pink, and I just threw it away. Then the manager continued to say that all we wanted was free food, which was not at all the case.
I would never recommend Arby's on Fluvanna Ave in Jamestown, NY. So we went to the 50s Place for good food.

I went to an Arby's restaurant today, one that USED TO HAVE consistently good service (#7279 for those interested). Tonight, however, I had the great displeasure to get home and discover that I HADN'T GOTTEN THE ENTIRETY OF MY ORDER.
I was charged for some chicken tenders, and DID NOT RECEIVE THEM! I tried to call the store about it, but no one answered! I made TWO phone calls to corporate, and got nothing but a disinterested customer service rep!
I AM NOT EATING AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN! THEY CAN GO *** THEMSELVES!
