Food issue cold, not freshly made

The food was not freshly made. They were not busy at all. In fact we were the only ones there. The fries were not hot at all and the meat in the classic roast beef was actually cold! This is not the norm we usually exprience. I called to inform them that there was A LOT of flour stuck to the bottom bun. I expect there to be some like usual. But there was so much that it literally fell off of the bun all over in my car and lap! I had a very good talk with the lady from headquarters. Very pleased with her. Thank you

Don’t like getting charged for food I didn’t buy

Stopped at arbys in Dayton Tenn on 9/18/2022 for a purchase of 10.53. Used my debit card for payment. You have charged me 3 times for the same purchase that day. I would like for you to contact me to resolve this issue as soon as possible. My name is Joan brink and my phone number is +142********.
