went to Arby's in Kingston, Pa. waited for 21 minutes just to get waited on while 8 employees were behind the counter.
Two customers were ahead of me and they were not waited on. At one point two employees came out behind the counter to get a soda, while I still wasn't waited on. Didn't seem like there was no manager working. Also at one point the girl making the sandwiches decided to talk to employee on break while people were waiting to to waited on.
This was the worst experience ever. Took 45 minutes to place order and receive food. No apologie given.
This store definately needs to have a re-vamp. Terrible workers and terrible service.
