on Friday the 13th we went into arbys in Crossville tn. and that is our last time.

we ordered and after 45 minutes we gave up and got our money back. the manager has no clue whats going on as everything was going out the window while at least15 patrons in side waited for their orders. the girl working the window acted as though it was a pain for her to do her job. the cashier kept changing the order rotation.

what a joke this place is. Besides the restaurant was dirty and un kept. this used to be a nice place to take the family but not any more. perhaps you need to do something about this.

Like I said we wont go again three times and you are out.

6pm on Friday the 13th and people in their cars were complaining also. good luck with this lace your employees are destroying it
