Driving to Arby's at lunch takes a good 15 minutes from my place of business. I was second in line at the drive through.
There was a brief communication from the pick up window to the person in front of me but that's it. As we waited, the line continued to grow.....after 10 minutes, cars started to pull out and I joined them. after pulling out of line, I went around and found that there were NO cars waiting at the pick up window. I pulled up and told them that they had an entire line of cars waiting to give orders and that they were losing customers as everyone was leaving.
There were two women at the window..... I don't know what they were talking about but they looked surprised when I told them this.
I told them this with a bit of an attitude due to sitting in line for such a long period of time. I'm not sure I will take a chance on that Arby's again.
